Color Studio Privacy Policy
About this policy
Color Studio is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes the data handling supported by the current application, including its Android app and browser preview.

Data accessed and stored
Color Studio works without an account. Its current implementation does not send your images, palettes, color history, or settings to the developer and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
The app stores your active color, saved palettes, palette names and collection assignments, recent color history, and preferred copy format locally. On Android, this information is stored in private app preferences. Color history contains up to 60 recent distinct colors. The browser preview stores the corresponding information in browser local storage.
Image access
When you choose to import an image on Android, the app opens the system file picker and reads the image you select. It processes the image on your device to display it and sample pixel colors. This feature does not require access to your entire photo library or use the camera.
The imported image and its decoded pixels are held in memory for use during the app session; the app does not save a separate persistent copy of the image. Sampled colors may be retained as your active color, in history, or in palettes you save. The original image remains wherever you selected it from. Image importing is not implemented in the browser preview.
Purposes of processing
Color Studio uses this information to let you select and compare colors, calculate color harmonies and contrast ratios, create gradients, organize palettes, revisit recent colors, and copy or export your work. These operations run locally in the app.
Clipboard and exports
When you select a copy action, the app writes the requested color values, palette colors, or gradient CSS to your system clipboard. Clipboard content is then handled by your operating system and any applications to which you paste it.
When you export, the app creates a JSON file containing the selected palette information, your palette library, or gradient settings. Palette exports include palette names, collections, and color values. On Android, you choose the destination through the system document picker. The browser preview initiates a file download.
If you choose a cloud-backed file provider or later share an exported file, that provider or recipient handles the information under its own practices. Importing from a cloud-backed provider may also involve that provider retrieving your selected image. These actions do not upload your content to the developer.
Sharing, third-party components, and backups
The current app does not automatically share your content with the developer, advertisers, or analytics providers. Its included Android, Compose, and Kotlin libraries support the interface, local processing, and system integrations; no third-party advertising or analytics SDK was identified in the inspected dependencies.
Android backup is enabled in the application configuration. Depending on your device, operating system, account, and backup settings, Android may back up or restore locally stored app data through the platform's backup service. Such backups are handled by the platform under its own settings and privacy practices.
Network access
The Android app declares internet permission, but the inspected implementation does not use a developer-operated service or transmit your app content over the network. Its color tools do not require an internet connection. No app-level data transmission was identified for which encryption in transit could be described. Platform backups and file providers may involve network activity managed by those services.
Security
The Android app uses private app storage and system-mediated file selection. Image processing takes place on your device. The inspected source does not implement additional application-level encryption for saved palettes and settings. Browser preview data is stored in the browser's local storage. Protection also depends on your device, browser, operating system, and chosen storage providers. No storage or security measure can guarantee complete protection.
The Android implementation records image-import and export failures in local system logs, including technical exception details. No automatic transmission of those logs to the developer was identified.
Retention and deletion
Saved palettes and preferences remain locally until you change or delete them or clear the app's stored data. Recent history is limited to 60 distinct colors, with older entries replaced as new colors are recorded. You can delete individual palettes in Palette Library and use Clear history on the History screen.
To remove the remaining Android app data, use the operating system's option to clear the app's storage. Uninstalling generally removes local app data, although platform backups may remain or later restore data according to your backup settings. For the browser preview, clear the site's browser storage to remove its saved data.
Deleting a palette or clearing app data does not delete your original images, exported files, clipboard copies, or platform backups. Manage those separately through the relevant device, file provider, clipboard, browser, or backup controls.
For privacy or deletion questions, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The app has no account or server-side content deletion feature, and the developer cannot directly erase content stored only on your device. A retention period for correspondence sent to the privacy contact has not been established in the supplied information.
Children's privacy
Color Studio's current functionality does not request a user's age or create user accounts, and no child-specific data collection is implemented. A specific intended age range has not been established in the supplied information. If you have a concern about a child's use of the app or information sent to the privacy contact, contact the developer at the email below.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Color Studio or its data handling. Review the policy made available with the app for the current version.
